Enquire Solutions Releases 2015 Senior Living Sales and Marketing Benchmarks

Senior living software leader Enquire Solutions released a new annual report this week that benchmarks sales and marketing data for the industry.

The report charts appointment ratios, average contacts, tours by inquiry, and market sources. Enquire found senior living operations that use call centers see appointment ratio increases of up to 22%, with the highest increases happening in memory care and independent living.

Independent living requires far and away more lead nurturing than other areas, with an average of 19 total contacts prior to making a sale.
