A new benchmarking report from senior living CRM and call center company Enquire Solutions shows that communities with call centers book an average of 47% more appointments than those without. These findings support a study from earlier this year showing that call centers are the key to increasing senior living occupancy.
Enquire Solutions releases quarterly and yearly senior living sales and marketing benchmarks. Other findings from the Q2 2015 report:
- The sales cycle for independent living is significantly longer than for assisted living and memory care.
- Call-ins generate the most leads, but the Internet is becoming more important.
- Professional and personal referrals generate the most move-ins.
