CCRC Salary GrowthThis year saw steady pay increases for staff of CCRCs, according to The Hospital & Healthcare Compensation Service’s annual Salary & Benefits Report. From 2015 to 2016, management-level staff saw an average national salary increase of 2.7% and non-management staff (excluding clinicians) saw an increase of 2.6%. For both management and non-management staff, salary is expected to continue to grow at a rate of about 2.6% within the next year.
